Zlatan Ibrahimovic faced the media on Wednesday to preview his side's crucial Europa League clash against Feyenoord at Old Trafford.

The 35-year-old offered his opinions on a wide range of subjects, including his own future at the club, his manager and his team-mates.

Here is a selection of what the charismatic Swede had to say:

Ibrahimovic on... his Old Trafford future:

"For the moment we haven't had any discussions. I have a contract that says one plus one years. I feel fresh, I feel in shape and physically if I feel like now, probably it will be a second year. I want to be realistic with myself - I want to be able to perform like I can do and not waste time. Now it is probably a yes, but I need discussions."

Ibrahimovic on.. goalscoring:

"I had a couple of games when I didn't score but I'm not worried about the goals - I have more than 450 goals in my career. The goals come automatically - for me the most important thing is to play well. I don't see myself scoring goals in every game and playing badly. I prefer to help make the team win and if I play well it's a bonus. I like scoring goals but playing well is better."

Ibrahimovic on.. United:

"I think United hasn't won any big trophies for the last four or five years, but we're working hard for it and the right people are in the right positions now to bring it where it belongs. For me United has to be at the top every year because that's the way the history has been for the last 20 years until five years back. That is where it belongs and that is what we are working for but it takes time."

Ibrahimovic on.. regrets:

"I think I could have come here one year before but I chose to stay at PSG... I have no regrets that I didn't come before because everything is about the situation in the moment. I will never turn down a challenge. Some players will stay in one place and get their mothers to beg for them and cook for them. I will travel for long and I will conquer wherever I go.

Ibrahimovic on.. Pogba:

"Paul is working hard. He has a lot of pressure on him because he came for a big transfer fee and people expect him to do magic in a short time instead of being realistic. He's a good player, he just needs to bring it out at Man United. You're as good as your team - if the team is fantastic it makes it easier for the individual, and his time will come."

Ibrahimovic on.. Mourinho:

"Everybody knows Jose is a winner, he wants to win and he has a great history and a great career and he's here now, so he wants to make the same thing with this situation. He is working hard just like everybody else.

Ibrahimovic on... Ibrahimovic:

"I shine 24 hours - it depends how you want me to shine. I've been in the game for 20 years and I'm getting older, but the older I get the better I get I feel. I'm shining in one way or another. If you want me to shine even more then I'll try to do that for you."
