Lille attacking midfielder Eden Hazard confirmed on Monday that he will be playing in Manchester next season, but refused to reveal whether it will be at Manchester City or Manchester United.

Hazard was speaking at the UNFP (National Union of Professional Footballers) awards gala, where he was crowned Ligue 1 Players' Player of the Year for the second season in succession.

"To Manchester, I've already said," he replied when asked about his likely destination at the end of the current season.

"The decision will be taken soon."

French media reports have linked the 21-year-old Belgian international with both United and newly crowned English champions City.

He is expected to cost in the region of 40 million euros ($51m).
