Harry Redknapp makes last-ditch bid to sign Diego Forlan for Spurs

Tottenham's desperate search for a striker has seen them lodge a ?17million bid for Atletico Madrid forward Diego Forlan. [LNB] Harry Redknapp is hoping to add some firepower to his squad after seeing them struggle in recent weeks and, after seeing bids rejected for Sergio Aguero, Fernando Llorente, Giuseppe Rossi and Alvaro Negredo, has turned to Forlan.
