Fulham have no new injury problems for tomorrow's FA Cup quarter-final meetingwith Manchester United at Craven Cottage. No fresh injury worries: Fulham boss Roy Hodgson Defender Chris Baird is still out after sustaining a leg injury in the match at Arsenal last week.   Andy Johnson and Bobby Zamora should start up front but Diomansy Kamara ispushing hard after building up his match fitness from the bench in recent weeks. Provisional squad: Schwarzer, Pantsil, Stoor, Hangeland, Hughes, Konchesky,Davies, Etuhu, Dacourt, Murphy, Gera, Dempsey, Johnson, Zamora, Zuberbuhler,Kallio, Nevland, Kamara, Gray, Barnes.
