10) Luis Suarez – 4 Months

Suarez was banned for biting Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini at the World Cup during a group match for Uruguay. Though the ban length was controversial, as this was not the first time he’d committed the offence. He was allowed to transfer to Barcelona and train with his team mates for one month as well. Suarez has also served a ban for racially abusing former Manchester United and current Juventus defender Patrice Evra and a previous incidents which involved him biting an opponent whilst at Ajax and Liverpool.
