Manchester United’s £36 million teenage sensation Anthony Martial was awarded the Man of the Match award for a brace away at Southampton on Sunday, the 19-year-old’s first Premier League start for the Red Devils.
But what did the man being dubbed the next Henry do with his first United accolade? Revealed in a touching photo on the striker's wife Samantha's Instagram account, Martial gave the Man of the Match award to his baby daughter.
The accompanying caption reads ‘My Dad is the best’, a statement Manchester United fans will certainly agree with. Martial has scored 3 goals in just 80 minutes of football for the Old Trafford side, Falcao’s tally of 4 took him nearly 1300 minutes.
