Fergie Wary Of United Old Boy

Sir Alex Ferguson takes his side into Sunday's game at Tottenham with a wary eye cast on ex-United striker Louis Saha.

Fergie believes that the 33 year old is more than capable of upsetting the apple cart as United seek out another win to keep up their title challenge.

Since joining Spurs, Harry Redknapps’ new man has played three and scored three and it’s likely that he will want to increase that total on Sunday against his old club.

And Ferguson knows full well what kind of threat Saha possesses, with him being at Old Trafford under Fergie from 2004 to 2008, in that time he netted 42 goals from 142 appearances.

Fergie told the Sun: 'He is a handful, no doubt about that. He’s got two great feet, he’s quick, he’s got a good spring in the air. He is a handful.

'Everton were happy to let him go. And then he goes to Spurs and scores two goals. That’s typical of Louis.

'He’s got tremendous talent, he just doesn’t play enough.'
