Ferguson was picked up on TV watching Lille at the weekend and it’s believed it was to get a closer look at the 21 year old attacker.
The youngster is highly rated and has been attracting the interest of a number of clubs as it looks likely that he will move on at the end of the season.
Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham have all been having a sniff around Hazard, while in Europe Real Madrid and Barcelona have also shown interest in the Belgium international.
