Fergie is allowed to field a weakened side against us if he wants, insists Hull chief Duffen

Hull City chairman Paul Duffen has defended Manchester United's right to field a weakened side at the KC Stadium on Sunday as the Tigers fight for survival in the Barclays Premier League.  Sir Alex Ferguson will select an unfamiliar line-up ahead of the Champions League final next Wednesday and Duffen joked: 'Seventeenth has always been our target and it's in our own hands now. The biggest decision we have to make is how many of our senior players will be ready for the game.' Duffen did admit, however, he was glad United are concentrating on their forthcoming clash against Barcelona, rather than his club. He said: 'It's lovely to see our rivals focusing on our opponents rather than their own. 'But you can't upset what has become a custom and practice called squad rotation. Do you start telling managers how to use their squads? Areyou going to fine Liverpool for every game Torres and Gerrard didn't play?
