Sir Alex Ferguson is happy for Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez to continue their war of words while he lets his Manchester United players do the talking.[LNB] The United manager labelled Benitez 'arrogant' and accused him of 'contempt' after the Spaniard clashed with Blackburn boss Sam Allardyce following their meeting at Anfield nearly two weeks ago.[LNB]The Reds chief responded by declaring that his Liverpool side were better than the English and European champions and stated that he is the only manager who stands up to the Scot.[LNB]But the 67-year-old seems unaffected by Benitez's latest rant and insists he is confident his players can send out a message with their performances on the pitch.[LNB]"He's definitely saying a lot," he told Sky Sports News.[LNB]"I'm happy if he carries on with it. I think I have to trust my players. I think I have good enough players to trust.[LNB]Trust"I have done that for years now. That's why I have picked them. They're a good bunch of lads too.[LNB]"They're people who you are happy to put your trust in."[LNB]Ferguson also highlighted that he was pleased that former skipper Roy Keane was back in the game after he took over the Ipswich Town hotseat following a period of more than four months away from football.[LNB]"I think he made a point of getting back into the game," he added.[LNB]"It's always good to see one of your old players getting back into the game. We'll see what happens."[LNB]
