Talented Manchester United left back Joe Dudgeon is winning praise for his work ethic at the club.[LNB]Now the 18-year-old is ready to step up and make his international bow for Northern Ireland.[LNB]The Leeds-born defender could be handed his debut on Tuesday night for the Under-21s in the UEFA qualifier against Iceland.[LNB]Dudgeon is making good progress at Old Trafford, according to reserve-team manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.[LNB]"Joe has been fantastic to work with," Solskjaer told the club`s official website. "We know the character of the boy and he's stepped up really well since coming into the team."[LNB]Dudgeon's former Under-18s coach at United Paul McGuinness added: "Joe gives 100% in matches. But he also raises the standard every day in training because he plays full out. That's a big asset."
