Di Maria Angel-ing for a move away from Manchester United?

After some incessantly dodgy form. Attacks from fans and manager and even some unfortunate injuries, the Argentine has apparently told his agents he has had enough of life in Manchester and certainly enough of life in Cheshire as any reasonable victim of an attempted burglary would.

It is thought that the former Real Madrid man actually never wanted to join Manchester United but PSG’s Financial Fair Play dilemma meant England was the only available alternative and it must be said at first it looked like a match made in heaven. Di Maria was scoring and the fans loved him. Louis van Gaal was supportive in moments of weakness until fairly recently with LVG seemingly questioning the Argentine’s talent.

However, the main problem for Di Maria at this point is that Manchester United will probably not want to sell considering that Di Maria’s value has diminished considerably due to his uninspiring performances. An amount in the region of £30 million is thought to be a reasonable valuation and based on that the Red Devils will probably keep him till he comes good.

All things aside, stranger things have happened especially with big time players.
