David Beckham move to Paris St Germain collapses

David Beckham's proposed switch to oil-rich French giants Paris Saint Germain is OFF with the former England captain almost certain to extend his stay in Los Angeles.[LNB]The 36-year-old has snubbed a lucrative offer to join ex-Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti in the French capital after citing 'family reason' for his refusal.[LNB]PSG sporting director Leonardo revealed today: 'He will not come to PSG.'[LNB] Family matters: Beckham's move to PSG may collapse to avoid uprooting his LA-based family[LNB]  Beckham, who is currently in the UK on a winter break from America after winning the MLS title last November, is now expected to pen a new deal with LA Galaxy. [LNB]And PSG president Nasser Al Khelaifi confirmed Leonardo's comments, saying that LA Galaxy have won the battle for his signature. [LNB]When asked if he thought Beckham would stay in LA, Al Khelaifi replied: 'Yes, I think so. David Beckham is in Los Angeles and will stay there.[LNB]'He will not come, it's clear.'[LNB]Leonardo had previously stated he was willing to wait for as long as it takes to allow Beckham to make his decision over whether to move to the French capital. [LNB]'The question has never been professional but about his family. It is a difficult choice to make to move his family to Paris,' he said. [LNB]'I know him. I have an incredible admiration for him as a player and a father too. I understand that it is difficult to move.'
