Carrick relishing challenge
Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick has admitted that his side are playing so well at the moment that they look forward to every game.
United cruised past Fulham 4-0 on Saturday to secure an FA Cup semi-final spot and now face Inter Milan on Wednesday for their UEFA Champions League tie.
With the score at 0-0, the game is likely to be a tense affair but Carrick revealed the United players are confident going into the clash.
With the Red Devils also top of the Premier League, and already having secured the Carling Cup and Club World Cup, they could win an unprecedented quintuple this term.
"As a squad we're playing well at the moment and we're looking forward to every game," he said.
"Fulham is a tough place to come, it was a good win and obviously fills us with confidence. We're looking forward to Wednesday now."
Argentinian striker Carlos Tevez helped himself to two goals against the Cottagers - the second of which was a stunning drive from outside the area which arrowed into the top corner.
Carrick understands why the 25-year-old has found himself on the bench on a number of occasions this season and hopes the rotation of the squad continues.

"I think he's still played his fair share of games the same as everyone else," he added.
"Everyone gets rotated at some point and the players that have come in have been on top form. Hopefully that will continue because there's a lot of games coming up."
Team-mate and full-back Patrice Evra believes that Tevez has given Sir Alex Ferguson a selection headache ahead of the Inter clash.
"He does not play every game but when the boss puts him on the pitch he is a different class, an unbelievable player," he said.
"He deserved to score two goals and now against Inter the boss has a problem to pick the team."
The Frenchman is also determined to beat Jose Mourinho for personal reasons after the Portuguese managed Porto to Champions League success at the expence of Evra's Monaco side in the final in 2004.
"When I lost against him with Monaco I was eager to face him for Manchester United against Chelsea" he explained.
"And when I won my first Premier League medal he was still the manager of Chelsea and it was a nice little victory.
"I'm not thinking about revenge but it's clear I don't want to lose to him again."
