Brazil call-up Prem trio

Brazil have called up three Premier League-based players for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Ecuador and Peru.[LNB] Manchester City duo Elano and Robinho have both made Dunga's squad despite the former suffering poor form and the latter from injury of late.[LNB]Elano has faced a fight for his place in the City team all season, but is still deemed an important part of the Brazil squad and showed why with an outstanding performance in the friendly against Italy last month in London.[LNB]His team-mate Robinho has shaken off a recent ankle problem and returned to the City line-up in the Uefa Cup victory over Aalborg on Thursday.[LNB]Manchester United's Anderson is the third English-based player to be called-up.[LNB]The Brazil squad are due to meet in Rio de Janeiro on 24th March.[LNB]Brazil, who are second in the South American Qualifying Zone, travel to Ecuador on 29th March before playing Peru in Porto Alegre on 1st April.[LNB]Squad: [LNB]Julio Cesar (Inter Milan), Doni (Roma); Daniel Alves (Barcelona), Kleber (Internacional), Marcelo (Real Madrid), Maicon (Inter Milan), Lucio (Bayern Munich), Miranda (Sao Paulo), Thiago Silva, Luisao (Benfica); Gilberto Silva (Panathinaikos), Josue (Wolfsburg), Felipe Melo (Fiorentina), Anderson (Manchester United), Kaka, Ronaldinho (both AC Milan), Julio Baptista (Roma), Elano (Manchester City); Luis Fabiano (Sevilla), Alexandre Pato (AC Milan), Robinho (Manchester City) Adriano (Inter Milan).[LNB]
