Bolton manager Owen Coyle last night blasted Manchester Uniteddefender Nemanja Vidic for the challenge which left Johan Elmanderneeding five stitches in a head wound.[LNB] Vidic and Elmander clashed in a second-half aerial challenge andthe Swede was forced off despite having treatment on the pitch. [LNB]The challenge went unpunished by referee Martin Atkinson and Coylesaid: 'I am not looking to make excuses but anyone who has seen itknows it was a terrible challenge.
