Big guns meet in cup draw

Chelsea will host Manchester United in the standout tie of the Capital One Cup fourth round draw.

United will travel to Stamford Bridge after seeing off Newcastle 2-1 at Old Trafford while the Blues hammered Wolves 6-0 in the last round on Tuesday night.

Holders Liverpool will welcome Swansea to Anfield in a match which will see Reds boss Brendan Rodgers go up against his former club.

Manchester City's conquerors Aston Villa were rewarded for knocking out the Barclays Premier League champions with a trip to Swindon.

Arsenal, 6-1 winners over Coventry, will travel to Reading, while north London rivals Tottenham also progressed and are now set for a meeting with Norwich at Carrow Road.

Leeds, who ended Everton's hopes, will be at home to Southampton.

There will be a north-east derby at the Stadium of Light as Sunderland take on Middlesbrough - the teams met in the FA Cup last season.

Wigan will host the lowest-ranked side left in the competition, npower League Two outfit Bradford.

The ties will be played in the week commencing October 29.
