Dimitar Berbatov has spoken of his targets for the season and admitted it is important for him to entertain as long as he avoids injury.[LNB] The Bulgarian striker has made a stunning start to the campaign, scoring six Premier League goals to help preserve Manchester United's unbeaten record.[LNB]He is hungry for silverware and determined to keep contributing throughout the season, although his main aim is just to play as regularly as possible.[LNB]"My first target is to stay clear of injury. I think that's the first target for everybody. Then you think about what you want to do in the season," he told the club's official website.[LNB]"Obviously you'd like to win everything, but it's not easy, so you think about how you can help the team - score goals, make assists, as much as possible."[LNB]Berbatov plays with a style that can lead to criticism when he does not perform to his best, but when he is in top form makes him a joy to watch.[LNB]And he concedes that it means a lot to put on a show for the supporters, saying: "That's my aim. You need to know when to slow it down, when to increase the tempo.[LNB]"(Zinedine) Zidane was great at doing that. He knew what he could do with his touch and when a player is really sure in himself he can do great things. [LNB]"I know what I can do and I try to do it."[LNB]Berbatov believes he could drop back into midfield at a later stage in his career after admitting he does enjoy playing in different positions.[LNB]He explained: "I keep trying to play in defence in training, but they all scream at me 'Go forward, go forward'. But I enjoy it.[LNB]"You never know. Many people start as strikers and then move to the midfield. My father was a striker and then he moved back to the defence. [LNB]"Maybe I'll enjoy playing in the midfield when I'm 37."
