Barca Fly Out Early To Avoid Volcano Ash
The Barcelona team are travelling to London tonight (Tuesday) to make sure they are not disrupted by the volcanic ash drifting towards England from Iceland. The Spanish champions were originally going to fly out on Thursday for this weekend’s Champions League final at Wembley, but they are not taking the risk of being stranded. A Barca statement read: "To avoid possible disruption due to ash from the volcano Grimsvotn, the Barca first team will travel to London today at 2200hrs."
