Andres Iniesta expects to be fit to face Manchester United in the Champions League final after tests on the Barcelona star's thigh injury showed it was not as bad as first feared. Nou Camp boss Pep Guardiola feared the worst after the mercurial midfielder limped off at the end of the 3-3 draw with Villarreal on Sunday, but doctors have delivered good news. The 25-year-old expects to be out for a fortnight at the most after suffering a small tear in his thigh and should be fit to start against United in Rome's Olympic Stadium on May 27. After leaving hospital on Monday morning, Iniesta said: 'I will be in Rome. It is a small tear that wasn't as bad as we thought. The enthusiasm I have to play in the final will help my recovery.' Iniesta, who scored the goal that took Barca past Chelsea in the Champions League semi-final last week, picked up the injury as Barca surrendered a 3-1 lead to draw with Villarreal and delay their coronation as La Liga champions. He will definitely miss Wednesday's King's Cup final against Athletic Bilbao. Thierry Henry is a major doubt for the Champions League final after a knee ligament injury kept him out of the draw with Chelsea last Wednesday. Defenders Dani Alves and Eric Abidal are suspended for the match.
