Sergio Aguero will not be able to resist the prospect of challenging for top honours at Chelsea, warns Atletico Madrid legend Ruben Cano.[LNB]The Blues tried to sign the Argentina star in the summer and are reportedly ready to shell out more than £40million for Aguero in the winter transfer window.[LNB]Too good: Aguero would find it difficult to reject a move to Chelsea, admits Atletico hero Ruben Cano[LNB]Aguero is suffering poor form, failing to score for 519 minutes in La Liga for underachieving Atleti, who sit fourth from bottom with seven points from eight matches.[LNB]And Seventies idol Cano, 58, believes the the 21-year-old will soon get tired of playing for the unsuccessful club.[LNB]'Kun (Aguero) is a great footballer,' Cano told Spanish newspaper AS. [LNB]'There is every chance that he will get tired and leave Atletico.[LNB]'Playersultimately have their personal pride. They speak to each other and ask:"What have you won". And Aguero will see that he hasn't won anythingand will leave.'[LNB]Atletico's huge debts will force the club to consider new bids for Aguero and former Manchester United striker Diego Forlan.[LNB] Cano would not be surprised if Aguero makes the same trip across the Bay of Biscay as Fernando Torres, who has proved a massive hit at Liverpool.[LNB]'Atletico have lost ground in recent years. They were the third team in Spain and now you have Sevilla, Valencia, Villarreal... From this fall came the debacle and something is wrong. We cannot have (Fernando) Torres scoring 17 goals here and then scoring 33 in England.'[LNB] Up for grabs: Atletico will listen to bids for Diego Forlan to improve their finances[LNB]Aguero's agent, meanwhile, has refused to rule out a move to Chelsea. [LNB]Atletico are considering offering Aguero an improved contract, with his current deal due to run until 2012 with a buyout clause of £53.5m.[LNB]However, the agent Jose Segui says he is not currently talking about a new contract.[LNB]'Sergio to Chelsea in January? I don't know, it's a difficult question,' said Segui, told Calciomercato. [LNB]'The only thing I can say is that I actually don't know anything. I don't expect any meeting with Atletico Madrid.[LNB]'Aguero is very calm and happy at Atletico.'[LNB]Prolonging his stay in Iberia for another year could be beneficial as Aguero may be able to qualify for a Spanish passport next November.[LNB]  Beat ban and Aguero is yours for £50m, cash-strapped Atletico tell ChelseaMeet Chelsea target Sergio Aguero - the next, next Maradona put up for sale by cash-strapped Atletico MadridCHELSEA FC
