Yaya Toure's agent claims the midfielder is unimpressed by some of his Manchester City team-mates' lack of ambition.[LNB] City boss Roberto Mancini has seen his position come under scrutiny amid reports of dressing room unrest at Eastlands.[LNB]City defender Kolo Toure has rejected suggestions of a rift at the club with Mancini also moving to dispel the rumours.[LNB]However, there have been more rumours of discontent emerging between players with Yaya Toure reportedly having a row with James Milner in the tunnel during the recent 3-0 defeat by Arsenal.[LNB]Toure's agent, Dimitri Seluk says his client is angry at what he believes is a lack of winning mentality at City. [LNB]"Yaya got angry last week. He gets angry if he thinks people around him don't feel the same about winning," Seluk is quoted as saying in the Daily Mail.[LNB]"Arsene Wenger likes Yaya very much and wanted Yaya to sign in the summer so the game against Arsenal was a very emotional day. [LNB]"He has such a winning mentality that he will fight with anyone, player, fan or staff who does not share this. [LNB]"When he gets angry with someone it does not mean he dislikes them or wants to disrespect them but it's just his unwillingness to accept anything other than a total winning attitude. [LNB]"The most difficult thing for a club which is trying to become a big club, not a middle club, is to learn the winning mentality because it takes time and there are some players who think that fourth place is already a big position."
