Vidal extends City contract
Manchester City youngster Javan Vidal has signed a new one-year contract, despite so far failing to make his first-team breakthrough.[LNB] The 21-year-old local-born defender, who has yet to appear in the City first team, has been loaned to Aberdeen and Derby in the past two seasons.[LNB]Vidal said: "My aim now is to impress the manager during pre-season.[LNB]"I'm just looking for a chance to show people what I'm capable of and if the opportunity comes along, I will give it my best shot."[LNB]
