For the first time in Premier League history, we go into the final day without knowing who will win the title, who will take the last two Champions League places and who will finish in the final relegation place.
One game in particular holds the key to both deciding the title and final relegation spot.
Manchester City take on 17th place Queens Park Rangers, in the knowledge that a win would secure the title for Mancini's side (barring a huge swing in goal difference).
As for QPR, they are in need of a point to make sure they dont drop back down to the Championship after just one season in the top flight.
Their Manchester rivals travel to Sunderland knowing that they will need to better City's result if they stand any chance of winning their 19th top flight title.
Manchester United seemed to have the league wrapped up only a few short weeks ago.
Some poor results mixed in with defeat to City have put the blue side of Manchester back in control of the race.
Queens Park Rangers will hope to pick up a point at the Etihad, but will be aware that Bolton need to win away at Stoke in order to stand any chance of survival.
Anything less than a win for Owen Coyle's side will see them join Blackburn and Wolves in dropping down to the Championship.
In the fight for third and fourth place, all three teams involved will be aware that fourth place is no guarantee of Champions League football.
Should Chelsea beat Bayern Munich in the Champions League final then they would take the fourth place teams spot in the competition.
Arsenal currently occupy the potentially vital third place, knowing a win would make sure of a third place finish but a loss could see them finish in fifth, they travel to West Brom.
Tottenham also need a win to guarantee a fourth place finish, although a slip-up by Arsenal may let them in to take third spot, they are at home to Fulham.
Newcastle are away at Everton and they must win and hope one of Arsenal and Spurs slip-up in order to finish at least fourth.
