Arsenal 2-0 Man CitySoccer Saturday analysis[LNB] Emmanuel Adebayor bagged a brace to see off Manchester City, but it was one of Arsenal's other returning stars that caught Matt Le Tissier's eye.[LNB]Both of Adebayor's goals were created by Cesc Fabregas, who was making his first Premier League appearance of 2009, and Le Tissier said the Spaniard played as if he had never been away.[LNB]Such was Arsenal's dominance of the game, Arsene Wenger was able to substitute Fabregas in the second half to keep him fresh for their midweek Champions League clash with Villarreal - but Le Tissier enjoyed watching his time on the pitch in a more advanced role.[LNB]"I thought he was very tidy all game," Le Tissier said.[LNB]"He looked really good and his touch was very good for somebody who's been out for so long.[LNB]"He didn't look like someone who's been out for some time and he had a good influence on the game.[LNB]"He was played a little bit further forward at times, which was good to see and he got into a couple of positions where he threatened the goal.[LNB]"I was really impressed with him today."[LNB]ComebackAnother player making his comeback from injury was Theo Walcott and Le Tissier said he also performed admirably, despite some rough treatment from the City defenders.[LNB]Le Tissier said: "Walcott took a few knocks in the first half and was given a bit of rough treatment by Pablo Zabaleta, but, fair play to the lad, he bounced back every time.[LNB]"He went over for treatment two or three times, but he got back up and in the second half he was really good. He had four efforts on goal and Given saved a couple.[LNB]"It was good to see him back and looking pretty confident."[LNB]FrustratingBut while Arsenal's stars took the plaudits, it was a frustrating afternoon for City's £32million signing Robinho who struggled to have an impact on the game.[LNB]However, Le Tissier applauded him for his work-rate after returning from international duty with Brazil.[LNB]"He was substituted but you couldn't fault his effort," Le Tissier said of Robinho.[LNB]"In the first half especially he looked like he wanted to be involved and was chasing around and doing a fair bit of defending. You couldn't question that side of his game.[LNB]"In terms of City's attacking play and chances at goal, he was nowhere near really. [LNB]"Not surprising after his journey back from Brazil, he was subbed in the end."[LNB]CrazyCity have now failed to win any of their last 14 away games, a run that stretches all the way back to August, and Le Tissier struggled to understand why they can't take their formidable home displays on the road with them.[LNB]"It's amazing really," he said.[LNB]"It just seems strange that a team can be that solid at home and look so good at times and then go all that time without even looking like doing it away from home.[LNB]"It's crazy."[LNB]
