Gareth Barry is confident Manchester City will be vying for the title if Carlos Tevez can maintain his blistering start to the campaign. Tevez scored twice in City`s 3-2 win at Blackpool on Sunday as Roberto Mancini`s side closed the gap on leaders Chelsea to two points. The Argentinian striker has now scored 28 goals in his last 31 league games and team-mate Barry said: "He's carried on from last season. He's a world-class striker. "Last season he got 20-odd goals (29) and I'm sure he can do that again. If he does we'll be right up there come the end of the season."
