Stoke will fight off all interest in the Bosnian goalkeeper ahead of the transfer window closing, but a move is likely to go ahead in the summer with both City and United willing to pay £15million for his services.
Liverpool and Arsenal have also been linked but reports claim that Begovic has set his heart on a move to Old Trafford and will turn his back on all other offers.
