That is the view of David Silva, who has hailed the Argentinian as one of the top strikers in the world after his two goals at Fulham re-ignited the Blues? stuttering season on Sunday. Silva is forging a dangerous attacking triangle with Tevez and midfield star Yaya Toure, and the trio ripped Mark Hughes? side to ribbons at Craven Cottage. Silva was reluctant to talk up City?s renewed title hopes but said that Tevez was the key man. ?If Carlos keeps scoring like this, we have a chance,? said the talented Spain star. ?He?s a good player for us, an important player and he has been scoring goals. ?He also holds the ball in front for us to play ? but we also have other strikers and are strong as a team.? Silva pairs up with Tevez for his club and Barcelona ace David Villa for his World Cup-winning country, and has no    hesitation in putting them both in the same bracket. ?Carlos is one of the best I have played with,? added Silva. ?He?s a great striker and I?m excited to play with him. David Villa is also a great player and Barcelona is a great club.? The Blues now lie in fourth, three points behind joint leaders Chelsea and United, and next month the top three all play each other. That has a few City fans hoping they can cash in and make a title challenge, but Silva said there needs to be a measure of perspective. ?It is true that at Fulham we played a good game and are now just three points away from the leaders ? we just need to keep trying to win the games,? he said. ?Everyone has been losing points, and we also lost some points, but we need to keep on trying to do our job.? Silva has taken a few months to ease his way into English football but now looks like the class act who has been lighting up La Liga in recent seasons. ?I like to create chances and to play between the defensive line and the midfield line and try to help the team,? he said.?Yaya Toure and Gareth Barry give me the licence to go and express myself.  I?ve been playing more on the right side and having the freedom to play and to search for the spaces is good for my football.?| Submit Comments| Comments (104)| Printable VersionAdd A CommentEnter your comments:Sending
