Reports had claimed that big-spending City were lining up a move for Scolari - who was sacked by Chelsea earlier this month.
Scolari himself was quoted as saying he would be back to manage in England, which led to the links with City.
But Acaz Fellegger, Scolari's spokesman insists no contact has been made with anyone.
"There is no contact with Manchester City," he said in the Guardian.
"Scolari has no intention of taking on another job during this season.
"He has no intention of doing anything before the end of May or June.
"Only after June will he decide his future. If he goes to work in another country in Europe he will move there. If he stays in England he will obviously stay there."
