Santa Cruz back for Paraguay

// A bit of a hack but it works// The article snippet is wrapped onto a second line, even when #article-sub is emptyif( $("div#article-sub").children().length == 0 ) {$("div#article-sub").remove();} Roque Santa Cruz has received his first call-up to the Paraguay national team for over a year for the games against Qatar and Holland.[LNB] The Manchester City striker has been absent from previous squads for the past 12 months due to a succession of injuries but has now proved his fitness at Eastlands.[LNB]The former Bayern Munich and Blackburn forward started his first league game of the season against Birmingham at the weekend but still looked well short of full match sharpness.[LNB]The 28-year-old will surely boost his fitness during the international break with two games in the space of four days for Paraguay.[LNB]The South Americans qualified for the World Cup in South Africa next summer ahead of Argentina and will be looking to test themselves against Qatar in Brussels on the 14th November before facing Holland in Heerenveen on the 18th.[LNB]Sunderland's Paulo Da Silva has also been called up for the two games.[LNB]
