Samuel Eto'o determined to rule Europe with Inter Milan after leaving Barcelona

Samuel Eto'o has signed a five-year deal at Inter Milan to complete the £57million 'swap' deal that sees Zlatan Ibrahimovic join Barcelona. The Cameroon striker scored 130 goals in Barca colours and helped the side to a string of titles, including three leagues, two Champions Leagues and a Copa del Rey success, in his five seasons at the club. Eto'o is delighted to have signed for Inter and, having won the Champions League three times at Real Madrid and Barca, has vowed to repeat his European success with his new club.   'I'm very happy to finally have arrived in Milan,' he said. 'For me this is a new adventure and I really want to make the very most of everything.   'I'm starting a new life and I hope it brings happiness and success. My first aim will be to win the Champions League.' But Ibrahimovic (right), who signed a five-year deal with the treble winners and who will wear the No 9 shirt vacated by Eto'o, says he aims to do even better at the Nou Camp. 'Eto'o is part of the history book of this club and he will always be a hero here,' he said. 'I have not come to replace Eto'o - I am somebody different, somebody new, but I will try to achieve as much as Eto'o did, or even more.' Barcelona paid Inter £46million for Ibrahimovic with the rest made up in their valuation of Eto'o.
