Micah Richards insists there is no ill-feeling between himself and Manchester City boss Mark Hughes.[LNB] Reports over the weekend suggested the centre-half had been involved in a training ground bust-up with his Eastlands boss.[LNB]The 'little exchange' is said to have taken place on Friday, 24 hours before City saw off Everton 2-1 at Goodison Park.[LNB]Hughes was quick to play down the incident in the aftermath of that success, while Richards has also moved to curb the furore surrounding the matter.[LNB]"What happened was blown out of all proportion, but the result and performance will say enough - that was key," said Richards on his personal website.[LNB]"There's absolutely no problem between me and the gaffer. We're both winners and want the club to progress and be successful. It was more passion than anything, and was a misunderstanding."[LNB]CommonHughes said after the Toffees game: "People seem to be making a big thing of the little exchange we had. These things happen time and time again at training grounds.[LNB]"If it had been a serious incident he wouldn't have played so that shows you the strength of it."[LNB]Richards was forced to come off with a knee problem on Saturday and will now undergo a scan in order to assess the full extent of the damage.[LNB]"It's sore but touch wood it's nothing serious," he added.[LNB]
