Real Madrid set to snub £12m offer to buy Emmanuel Adebayor from Manchester City

Emmanuel Adebayor looks set to return to Manchester City next month as Real Madrid are not prepared to pay the ?12million asking price for the striker.[LNB]Adebayor, 27, joined the Spanish giants on loan in January and has scored four goals  - two of them against Tottenham in the Champions League.[LNB]The former Arsenal forward also landed the first major trophy of his career when Real beat bitter rivals Barcelona 1-0 in the Copa del Rey final last week.[LNB] At the double: Emmanuel Adebayor scored twice against Tottenham in the Champions League quarter-finals[LNB]But City's demand of ?12m to make the move permanent has put Real off - especially as they already have Karim Benzema and Gonzalo Higuain in attack.[LNB]Eastlands boss Roberto Mancini seems unconcerned whether Adabayor returns or not.  The Italian said: 'At the end of the season, we will see.
