Police confirm Eastlands bottle probe
Greater Manchester Police have launched an investigation after a glass bottle was thrown at the end of the Manchester City v Blackburn clash.[LNB] The object was hurled from the crowd as as players were leaving the field following the Premier League clash at Eastlands on Saturday.[LNB]Police have confirmed they were looking into the incident. No player was hit and there were no reports of any injuries.[LNB]The bottle has been seized by police and an investigation is under way. The match ended in a 1-1 draw.
