MANCHESTER City fans are already delighted that in Sheikh Mansour they've got the richest club chairman in the business. And now my plea to him is to splash the cash again to land superstars Fernando Torres and Steven Gerrard when the transfer window opens in 16 days because it will potentially be the Blues' best chance ever to secure a top-four finish and a place in the Champions League which goes with it.
