Parry grateful for Nielsen loan
Tranmere boss Les Parry has thanked Manchester City counterpart Roberto Mancini after signing Gunnar Nielsen on loan until January 2011.[LNB] The 23-year-old Faroe Islands international goalkeeper has joined Rovers in search of regular first-team football.[LNB]Parry said: "I'm delighted to bring a goalkeeper of Gunnar's quality to the club.[LNB]"He's highly rated at Manchester City and I've been impressed with him every time I've seen him play in their reserves.[LNB]"He's an excellent shot stopper who commands his area and he's a great addition to our squad. I'd like to thank Roberto Mancini for allowing Gunnar to join us."
