No summer break for Bellamy

Manchester City striker Craig Bellamy will work throughout the summer in a bid to be fit for the start of pre-season training. The Wales international, who joined City from West Ham in January, has been hampered by a knee injury during his time at the club. Manager Mark Hughes told the Manchester Evening News: "He's going to be working right through the summer and he's going to take no break, so when he comes back for pre-season he'll be raring to go. "I'd expect no less - that's how he is. From a professional point of view he's one of the best I've worked with."
