Fired warning: Manchester City's Nigel de Jong[LNB]Nigelde Jong insists Manchester City cannot afford to lose against Chelsea on Saturday as his side already hassome 'catching up' to do.[LNB]TheCity defender is concerned that the Blues have opened up a seven-point gap overthem in the Barclays Premier League after just five games following their breathtaking start to the season. [LNB]DeJong has warned his team-mates they cannot afford to drop any more points andneed to win on a regular basis if they are going to challenge Chelsea for the title this season.[LNB]Hesaid: 'We'll need to be at our best to beat them and we have some catching upto do.[LNB]'Weare on eight points and they have fifteen, so there is a gap of seven pointsalready. If we win this game we will close that gap a little, which isimportant.'It is only September so anything can happen over the season. We need to wincontinuously so that we can remain in the top four.
