ShareSimon Jones is Sportsmail's man on the inside of all the major transfer moves this summer. [LNB]His column, published every weekday, offers an insight into the deals which will be done and those that won't - and why. [LNB]A 5/5-rating means The Insider reckons it's a done deal; 0/5 means The Insider has his mortgage on it not happening.[LNB]Don't miss your daily Insider instalment here.[LNB] LUIS FABIANOSao Paulo to Blackburn THE INSIDER says: 2/5[LNB]NIKOLA ZIGICBirmingham City to Everton THE INSIDER says: 2/5[LNB] [LNB]The move doesn't sound too romantic from Brazil to Blackburn but the Lancashire club's owners are big players in South America. [LNB]Venky's have several good business contacts and as a result want to have good South American players associated with their club. [LNB]Former Sevilla striker Fabiano is the latest high-profile name to be checked on Steve Kean's list but it will be a hard sell to the 30-year-old.[LNB] Fabiano, who joined Sao Paulo in March from Sevilla, has yet to play for the club following a series of injuries which have kept him on the sidelines. [LNB]Galatasaray are keen on bolstering their squad after finishing eighth in the league, and have already brought in the likes of Johan Elmander and Tomas Ujfalusi. [LNB]They have been in for him before when he was on Tottenham's wishlist and they may hold the trump cards now.[LNB]The 6ft 7ins striker is one of Birmingham's biggest earners on ?50,000 a week and they need him to move on. There were hopes that Racing Santander would come back into the frame for him but their financial difficulties make any big deals awkward. [LNB]Everton would like a target-man striker. Manager David Moyes is a big admirer of Tottenham's Peter Crouch and has tried to sign him several times but to little avail. [LNB]Everton's well-known budget restrictions make if difficult for Moyes to compete when it comes to attracting big name players on big wages. It means he has to scour further and sometimes hope he can make a similar style of player work for him.[LNB] Zigic fits the bill as a possible stand-in for Crouch but really lacked the aggression required for the Premier League last season. [LNB]Malaga may be Birmingham's best hope of recouping some of their ?6m outlay.[LNB]  SERGIO CANALESReal Madrid to NewcastleTHE INSIDER says: 3/5[LNB]CRAIG BELLAMYManchester City to CelticTHE INSIDER says: 3/5[LNB] [LNB]The attacking midfielder was one of the hottest properties in Spain last year with all the big clubs there and here on his trail.[LNB] The 20-year-old was a real star at Racing Santander and Manchester United, City, Arsenal and Chelsea were all keen to sign him. [LNB]United and Arsenal came very close but ultimately he wanted to stay in Spain.[LNB]Real Madrid were also under pressure to start snapping up some homegrown talent so they muscled in and and convinced his father that was the place to go. [LNB]However, the array of stars at the Bernabeu has meant he has made just ten appearances for Real and is now looking for more game time. [LNB]Getafe and others Spanish teams are well advanced and believe they have the upper hand as he would prefer to stay in Spain but Everton, Villa, QPR and Newcastle would all like to sign him on loan.[LNB]Manchester City are willing to hold discussions over Bellamy's future with Celtic today but it is being hindered slightly by Celtic manager Neil Lennon being in Australia on a club tour.[LNB] City have to make some hard decisions over the next few weeks as they want fringe players out but recognise that other clubs either can't match or are just unwilling to match their valuations.[LNB] Some players will inevitably have to be paid off in compromise deals. It's not a great plan financially but players are stagnating and everyone needs to move on. [LNB]Bellamy is also wanted by Sunderland, Everton, West Ham and Bolton but there are concerns over his long-term fitness and scale of what to offer him. Celtic will always struggle due to their stricter guidelines and much will depend on where the player fancies going to. [LNB]He would prefer Cardiff again but that looks unlikely at the moment. If he is patient he may get a better choice in August.[LNB]Don't miss your daily instalment of The Insider every weekday through the transfer window here at MailOnline.  Manchester City set to finalise ?27m deal for Arsenal wantaway duo Nasri and ClichyCity can't throw money around anymore due to financial fair play rules, warns ManciniTottenham pursuit of ?12m Damiao suffers blow as two other clubs place bidsBayern Munich close in on Dale Jennings as clubs agree ?1.8m deal[LNB] [LNB] [LNB]  Explore more:People: Craig Bellamy, David Moyes, Simon Jones, Johan Elmander, Peter Crouch, Neil Lennon Places: Newcastle, Cardiff, Birmingham, Australia, Spain, Brazil
