Birmingham boss Alex McLeish felt his side deserved to win after they had to settle for a goalless draw at home to Manchester City.[LNB]Goalkeeper Shay Given produced a superb display to earn City a point, making a string of fine saves including a second-half penalty stop to deny James McFadden after Nigel De Jong had been penalised for handball.[LNB]McLeish said: "We are a little bit disappointed not to get the three points. I thought it was a very powerful performance by the players and they gave everything they had.[LNB]"Just the final touch was the only thing that let us down but, other than that, how can I fault any of the performances of these players.[LNB]"I liked the performance against Sunderland last week and I've now seen two games in a row of great consistency and quality and they've got to take that forward."
