Matija Nastasic has played down talk of any dressing room discontent at Manchester City, insisting everyone 'loves' Roberto Mancini. The Serbian central defender, who arrived from Fiorentina in the summer, has insisted that Mancini is a respected figure at the club. "People love him here, he's such an imposing figure both on and off the pitch," Nastasic told The People. "There are no secrets in football for him. He knows a lot, it's really a pleasure listening to him as he explains what to do at training sessions. "I couldn't have chosen a better environment because I can only improve with Mancini." He also played down reports of discontent at Mancini's desire to switch to a back three at times this season. "It takes some time before players can feel comfortable in that system. That especially goes for those who have never played it before," he said. "Udinese did wonders playing 3-5-2 last year, but that was something they pushed from the very start of the season and they were very persistent in playing that way. "If the manager insists on playing with three at the back, the team will get used to it. "If the manager wants to play with a more attacking style and risk a bit more, then three at the back can be a good choice because you have more options in midfield and up-front."
