Mancini may make changes

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has indicated he might freshen up his side on Monday against Liverpool. Gareth Barry, James Milner and Edin Dzeko are all pushing for recalls after sitting out the victory over Sunderland. Pablo Zabaleta is also in contention as he returned to training on Monday following his visit home to Argentina, where his father was involved in a car crash. Barry and Milner were both involved with England while Dzeko was on duty for Bosnia. Mancini said: "It's always difficult to leave players out, like Gareth, James and Dzeko. "But these players all played for the international team. It was important that they rest because we play next Monday."
