Manchester City sign Barcelona old boy Gai Assulin

With all the talk of those who might be leaving, Manchester City fans were finally given a boost with the announcement that former Barcelona teenager Gai Assulin had signed for the club. [LNB]The 19-year-old attacking midfielder was allowed to leave the Catalan giants during the summer and has been training at Eastlands for some time, despite interest from Arsenal and Tottenham.[LNB]And today he told the club's official website that he was 'excited' by the deal.
