Manchester City re-open Carlos Tevez poster wounds with United by revealing massive roadside mural

Manchester City managed to get a rise out of Sir Alex Ferguson last summer with a giant sky blue poster welcoming Carlos Tevez to Eastlands.[LNB]Now the nouveau riche outfit are at it again by unleashing an even bigger mural to showcase £130million worth of new talent.[LNB] Wall of strength: City's mural in Mancunian Way is certainly eye-catching[LNB]City have decorated the side of a building in Mancunian Way with a Soviet-style piece of artwork depicting boss Roberto Mancini, a flag-waving James Milner and another eight stars.[LNB]And in truly Soviet style, Robinho appears to have already been airbrushed from City's past - despite moving for a British record £32.5m from Real Madrid in September 2008.[LNB]The Brazilian is the subject of a transfer tussle between Istanbul sides Fenerbahce and Besiktas.[LNB] Still blue: Tevez in last year's poster (left) and depicted in City's latest effort[LNB]Robinho has long stopped being the poster boy, as shown when former Manchester United striker Tevez was depicted arms wide with the phrase 'Welcome to Manchester' provocatively plastered across it.
