Manchester City owner Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed al Nahyan makes Eastlands debut

The Sheikh, who was introduced to the City squad prior to the friendly against the United Arab Emirates Under 21 team in Abu Dhabi last November, had previously failed to visit Eastlands since acquiring the club from Thaksin Shinawatra. [LNB]But with City playing their first Premier League game of the campaign at Eastlands against Liverpool on Monday night, the Sheikh made an unheralded visit to watch Roberto Mancini's team for the first time.
