Back in the England fold: Michael Johnson[LNB]Manchester City midfielder Michael Johnson has been recalled to the England U21 squad for the European Championship qualifiers against Portugal at Wembley on November 14 and Lithuania three days later.[LNB]Theo Walcott and Jack Wilshere look set to miss at least the first qualifier through injury but Aston Villa's Fabien Delph has been included.
