Martin Ward chimes in with a good point, arguing: "If Tevez had scored more like that this season United wouldn't be thinking of letting him go."
John Sheehan from Ireland sums up the feelings of the growing "sign Tevez" lobby, saying: "Its gonna be really sad to see Tevez leave, Sir Alex has not made many mistakes , but if he lets Tevez go he is making a massive one." Do you want to tell him John?

45 GOAL TEVEZ - How right was Ferguson to pick him? Another masterstroke from the Scot, and what a goal! Fletcher plays a lovely ball forward and Berbatov controls it magnificently just outside the box. He squares to Tevez who fashions a shooting chance and blasts a superb strike that again hits the post but this time finds the net as well. Given absolutely no chance. Game over? Could well be.

1218 Early news from Old Trafford, and Carlos Tevez is at the ground according to Sky Sports News. The Argentine said in the morning papers that he doesn't feel wanted at OT, and expects to be elsewhere next season. Will be interesting to see if he's a part of things on the pitch today.
