Man City midfielder Elano joins Galatasaray
Manchester City's Brazil midfielder Elano Blumer has completed his move to Galatasaray, the Premier League club said on its website (www.mcfc.co.uk) on Thursday.
Elano has signed a four-year-deal and will arrive in Istanbul Friday, Galatasaray said (www.galatasaray.org).
The 28-year-old joined City in 2007 from Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk and scored 18 times in 80 appearances although his first team opportunities were limited last season.
Manchester City have been busy in the transfer market in the close season, signing striking trio Roque Santa Cruz, Carlos Tevez and Emmanuel Adebayor, midfielder Gareth Barry and defender Kolo Toure.
