Loan-ly Hart?

Manchester City manager Mark Hughes is debating whether to allow goalkeeper Joe Hart to go out on a season-long loan deal.[LNB]Hart is keen to get regular games with the World Cup looming in 2010 after losing his place to Shay Given.[LNB]Hughes told the club's website: "Joe is frustrated and obviously wants to play.[LNB]"We will look at his situation in the coming weeks and it might be to both Joe's and the club's benefit if he did go out on loan.[LNB]"He'd be playing on a regular basis and, given his ability, he would no doubt improve his standing in the game and help his development."[LNB]Hart, who is in the England Under-21 squad for the European Championships, has been linked with a loan move to newly-promoted Birmingham.
