Lescott looking to keep City spot

Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott is determined to establish himself as a regular in Roberto Mancini's high-flying side.[LNB] Lescott was recalled to the starting XI for Sunday's win over Newcastle after two games on the bench.[LNB]The England international saw his debut season at Eastlands interrupted by two serious injuries and he has now vowed to keep him spot in the side after overcoming a leg problem.[LNB]"My leg's fine now - I was only out for a week this time, so that's not too bad," Lescott told the club's official website. "I've got back in the team and now I just want to keep myself fit and get a good run of games behind me."
